Pet Air Carrier LLC requires shipping documents a MINIMUM of 7 days prior to international pet shipments. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required upon receipt of the Shipping Agreement, which is applied to the total cost. Note that we must be contracted well in advance of 7 days for more complicated countries requiring blood testing, import permits, consulate stamps, international clearance and delivery, fish and wildlife transportation or processing, etc..
To begin the process, please complete both the Shipping and Credit Card Authorization forms, print, sign, scan and email to pac@petaircarrier.com. If you can provide an electronic signature, please save the file and send as an email attachment. If you wish to fax the documents, our fax number is 888-794-0364.
